Charlotte A. Clark-Frieson (Clarence Frieson, Jr.)
Charlotte is the daughter of the late Hattie Lee Peters Clark and the late Wilkie Clark. She is the only child of this parentage. She was born September 11, 1953 in Roanoke, Alabama, where she grew up and attended schools. Her mother named her after her grandmother (Charlotte Foreman Peters) who arises from the family of Homer and Amanda Foreman of Oak Bowery. On July 30, 1977, Charlotte married the late Clarence Frieson, Jr., (deceased). Clarence was from West Alabama (Tuscaloosa County).
Charlotte and Clarence’s marriage gave rise to two children. She is the mother of Wilkie S. Frieson, and Je’Lynn M. Frieson.
Charlotte Clark-Frieson is the granddaughter of the late Mary Willis Peters Harris, and the great great granddaughter of the late John Clark Peters and Charlotte Foreman Peters of Oak Bowery, Alabama.
