The second day, it was a luncheon at the Elements of Taste Restaurant at the McWayne Science Center. Again, just overwhelming. Our last day in Birmingham, (Sunday) Stephanie again prepared barbeque plates, with all the fixin’ that make for a great barbeque. And the amazing thing is that it was all done right there in the hotel, and “trucked” in so that each family member could get a plate, and either eat together, or take back to the hotel room.
