Rachel was the daughter of Seabon Peters and Cora (Summers) Peters.  They lived in Anniston, Calhoun County, Alabama.

Eliza was the 2nd and last girl born to Jim and Joanna Peters. She was born in 1872 in Oak Bowery, Alabama. She was the “Knee Baby” The record bears no evidence that Eliza ever married.
